Important, Please Read Carefully:

Software Product License

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold.

  • 1. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  • (a) You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
  • (b) You may make copies of the Software for back-up purposes only.
2. Limitations.
  • (a) You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software.
  • (b) You may not modify, extend or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • (c) You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software.
  • (d) You may not use the Software in a time-sharing or other arrangement where multiple users may access and/or utilize the Software on the same computer.
  • (e) Without prejudice to either party's rights, CIOview Corp., may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of this Software and all of its component parts.
3. Limited Warranty.
  • Your sole remedy under this limited warranty is replacement of the Software image with the current version of the Software. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY DATA PROVIDED IN THE SOFTWARE IS ON AN �AS IS� BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and those arising from statute or from course of dealing or usage or trade. CIOview Corp. does not warrant that the Software will be error free or that its operation will be uninterrupted.
4. Title.
  • All title and copyrights in and to the Software and the accompanying printed materials and any copies of the Software are owned by CIOview Corp.
5. Limitations of Damages.
  • Neither CIOview Corp. nor its Suppliers will be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, economic or punitive damages even if they have been advised of the possibilities of such damages. Because some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability of CIOview Corp. for any damage or losses exceed the fees paid for the software.
6. Trademark Information.
  • 'CIOview', the CIOview logo and 'ROInow!' are registered trademarks of CIOview Corp.
